What Is the ARICE Scholarship?
ARICE (Agency for Romanians Abroad and for Foreign Students in Romania) administers scholarships on behalf of the Romanian Government for international students from eligible countries. For the 2026–2027 academic year, these scholarships cover tuition waiver plus a monthly living stipend.
What the Scholarship Covers

Who Is Eligible?

- 2Prepare your dossier: application form, passport copy, diploma, transcripts, medical certificate, criminal record, motivation letter, photos.
- 3Get all documents officially translated into Romanian and apostilled.
- 4Submit your complete dossier to the Romanian embassy or diplomatic mission in your country.
- 5The embassy forwards your application to ARICE in Bucharest.
- 6ARICE notifies successful candidates, who then receive an official acceptance letter.
